Do you require a deposit? |

Yes. However, we will only ask for a deposit once we have confirmed all the booking details with you. You will be asked to make a deposit of 50% of the total cost for your photo shoot, or if you wish, you can pay the full amount up front.
We always ask that you call us to re-arrange or cancel a booking at least 7 days in advance. Depending on the circumstances, there will be no charge or penalties if you re-arrange a photo shoot at least 48 hours before the day of the shoot.
The deposit is fully refundable (minus any credit/debit card handling charges) provided you notify us of cancellation at least 7 days in advance. If you cancel the shoot less than 7 days prior to the day of your shoot then there will be a charge of £25 or 25% (whichever is greater). Deposits are not refundable if you do not turn up for the photo shoot or fail to notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
